These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age.
All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you visit our store.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Where a reduced price is shown the item(s) have been on sale at the higher price for 28 days or more.
On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from that in-store.
Full payment must be received before goods are despatched. We accept payment by credit or debit card through Paypal for orders placed through our website or alternatively we accept payment by all major UK credit and debit cards for telephone orders and in our store.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate.
Processing your Order
Your order is sent directly to our secure till for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this within 24 hours for all orders received Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on this website.
We use the industry leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details, they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing. Industry-leading fraud prevention is just one of the reasons PayPal is a safe way to pay online. PayPal uses proprietary technology and constantly innovates to monitor transactions and maintain a secure payment system. We deliver to destinations inside and outside the UK and strive to despatch all orders within 24 hours. For deliveries within the UK we offer standard delivery by Royal Mail 24 (1-3 days). Express delivery within the UK is available at additional cost.
Delivery of larger items may be made by courier. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.
Saturday and guaranteed "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility if they apply. All orders outside the UK below 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail. Items above 2kg will be sent by International courier and these prices will be notified at checkout.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the time stated we are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
Whilst every effort is made to keep our website up to date, we are unable to guarantee that some particular items will always be available. If an item is out of stock we will always contact you and either place a back order for you and send as soon as new stock arrives or refund the value of the item if you would prefer not to wait.
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours.
If you place an order from Tullabeg Toys we will have your email address, phone number and address. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party such as a relative or friend we will also have their name and address. This address information is only used to help us deliver your item and enable us to contact you in the event of any problem.
We will never disclose our buyers information to third parties except for name and shipping address information as detailed on the delivery label. Data collected by us is used only to take and fulfill your order and to use in the promotion of our loyalty card scheme, to send you our newsletter and to contact you with special offers and competitions from time to time. You can of course request not to receive any of these offers by emailing us at email@example.com.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Tullabeg Toys. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item we allow up to 14 days after delivery. All items returned as unsuitable or unwanted must be in original unopened packaging complete with all labels and instructions and returned to us at the purchaser's expense.
All other monies (excluding postage costs) will be refunded as soon as possible after the item has been received in a satisfactory condition. We advise that goods are returned by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in the post.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded as detailed below. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will either refund in full, or replace any faulty item free of charge up to 28 days after a purchase has been made. Returned faulty items will have all monies (including postage costs) refunded as soon as possible after the faulty item has been returned to us. We advise that any faulty goods are returned by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in the post.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
