Mainland United Kingdom
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.00 and will be sent using Royal Mail 24 or our courier service for bulky items. Delivery times are typically 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
For orders under £50 our standard delivery charge is £3.95 using Royal Mail 24 or our courier service for bulky items. Delivery times are typically 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (mainland UK only) is £8.00 and is available for items ordered up to 1300 hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday before 1300 hours will be delivered on Saturday or Monday at the discretion of Royal Mail or our courier partner. Orders placed after the 1300 hours cut off for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery will be sent out on the next working day.
Non Mainland United Kingdom
Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE).
For all standard items our normal delivery charges will apply. However there will be additional charges for any bulky items that cannot be delivered by Royal Mail. These deliveries will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays. Courier charges for bulky items to non-mainland UK is £8.00.
Outside of the United Kingdom
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility if they apply. All orders outside the UK below 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail. Our delivery charges for items below 2kg are £12.00 to European countries and £22.00 for the Rest of the World.
Items above 2kg will be sent by international courier and these prices will be notified at checkout.
Pay online and pick up your order from us
You can of course pick up your order from our store. We will email you as soon as it's ready (normally within 60 minutes) to collect during normal opening hours. To collect your order you'll need to bring your confirmation email with you and proof of identity (passport, driver's licence or the card used to pay). If someone else collects your order, they'll need your ID as well as their own, plus the confirmation email or the order number.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Tullabeg Toys. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item we allow up to 14 days after delivery provided the item is returned to us in a resalable condition. All packaging must be intact and unbroken, including any seals. Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer.

Incorrect, Damaged and Faulty items:
- In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item or it is damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible by email at enquiries@tullabegtoys.co.uk to let us know the item concerned so we can advise next steps and where appropriate provide a returns authorisation number.
- We will do our very best to provide a replacement (subject to stock availability) or of course refund you and re-imburse you for the cost of returning the item to us.
- Pack the item carefully to ensure it is not damaged in transit and make sure the returns authorisation number is included.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the method of payment you originally and your refund will be processed as soon as possible after the item has been received in a satisfactory condition. We advise that goods are returned by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in the post.
