Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Tullabeg Toys. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item we allow up to 14 days after delivery provided the item is returned to us in a resalable condition. All packaging must be intact and unbroken, including any seals. Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer.

How to return an unwanted item:

  • Contact us by email at enquiries@tullabegtoys.co.uk as soon as possible to let us know the item being returned and to obtain a returns authorisation number.
  • Pack the item carefully to ensure it is not damaged in transit and make sure the returns authorisation number is included.
  • Return the parcel to us at Tullabeg Toys, Unit 43, Icknield Way Business Park, Tring Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 2JX.

Incorrect, Damaged and Faulty items:

  • In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item or it is damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible by email at enquiries@tullabegtoys.co.uk to let us know the item concerned so we can advise next steps and where appropriate provide a returns authorisation number.
  • We will do our very best to provide a replacement (subject to stock availability) or of course refund you and re-imburse you for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • Pack the item carefully to ensure it is not damaged in transit and make sure the returns authorisation number is included.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued back to the method of payment you originally and your refund will be processed as soon as possible after the item has been received in a satisfactory condition. We advise that goods are returned by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in the post.
